Rockdene’s South Shore setting puts the best of Blackpool on your doorstep. The promenade is a 2-minute walk and the beach just 3 minutes, with Blackpool FC only 5 minutes on foot. South Pier is around 12 minutes’ walk (or 7 by tram), and Blackpool Pleasure Beach roughly 15 minutes’ walk (8 by tram).
Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens are a short tram ride away, and there are tram and bus routes right at the end of the street – so exploring the full Fylde coast is easy and comfortable.
Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with larger car parks within walking distance. Manchester Airport is around 60 minutes away by road.
